Q2. Are you available on Fridays? Is the office closed?

A2. Yes, we are available on Fridays if you have an appointment and also for emergencies. Otherwise, we use Fridays to make absolutely sure that our customers are taken care of and that nothing has been overlooked. Some of the work we do behind the scenes is very complex involving many steps. Some of these tasks, once started, cannot be stopped until completed as they are web site based. We simply cannot do these tasks while also being available for our walk-in customers and for phone calls.

We also use Fridays to do the field work that takes us out of the office or to meet with customers who need extra help. In addition, we schedule our continuing education classes on Fridays whenever possible. We realize that this limited availability on Fridays can be an inconvenience at times and we regret that inconvenience, but we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers in the long run to keep this schedule.
